At VIPS, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient admission process for prospective students. Admissions are offered in classes Kindergarten to XII, subject to the availability of seats. In class XI, admission is based on Board Examination results. Here is a step-by-step guide to our admission process:

Enquiry Form

Interested parents and students can visit our school campus or submit the enquiry form online, to seek detailed information about the curriculum, facilities extracurricular activities and fee structure.

Eligibility Criteria

Admissions are open for students from all backgrounds who meet the eligibility criteria for the respective grades. For kindergarten and primary classes, a minimum age requirement must be fulfilled as per NEP 2020.

Application Form

Obtain the admission application form from the school office. Complete the form with all the required details and submit it along with the necessary documents.

Interaction Session

An interaction session will be conducted with the parents and the student to familiarize them with the school's environment, policies and academic expectations.
This session helps us assess the student's readiness and suitability for the chosen grade and helps new students to transition smoothly into their academic life at our institution.

Admission Confirmation

On a successful interaction, parents can confirm the admission for their child by submitting the admission form and necessary documents.

Fee Payment and Document
Submission

Complete the fee payment process as per the school's guidelines to secure your child's admission. Submit the required documents, including Aadhaar, birth certificate, transfer certificate (if applicable) and academic records.
